I am quite sure they are not ignorant. They picked up the clause “for the regulated entity, or Agency” and self interpreted that “Agency, by extension, for public interest”. So, Agency can make decision beneficial to the Agency and not to the benefit of the regulated entity. What a joke !! The Justices are above the law.
I strongly propose some improvements to the judicial system.
1. SCOTUS justices are nominated by all judges unanimously. This is to ensure they are not too political.
2. SCOTUS justices are unanimously reviewed by all judges annually. The one justices, that have the lowest rating and below the passing rate for 3 times, is demoted. This is to ensure they are not too arrogant.
Can someone post the above in Twitter ? I have cancelled my Twitter account last year.
