First post, but been invested in FnF for years. I don't have any faith that any of the current cases will be resolved favorably. The courts have accepted the narrative that FnF were pretty much dead without the Gov't stepping in. So even a win on claims, would mean litte return if the courts determined the value of FnF close to zero. Having said that, the case I would be willing to contribute to is if the gov't exercises the warrants- in my mind that triggers a new takings case. I'm pretty sure the gov't has said previously since the warrants were never exercised, no shareholders were harmed. So that eliminates statute of limitations and commons would have standing. I am willing to wait out the other cases, but exercise of warrants is a red line for me.
