Just to show you again....CNBC quote

"Shares of AMC dropped 4% on Thursday and was briefly halted for volatility. AMC shares were up more than 20% in premarket trading before news of the stock sale"

The stock touched $77 in pre market trading that day until the news came out about the shares, had nothing to do with the halt. This is why I am skittish....Check the chart from that day. News came out morning of the 3rd.
