Read the filing and so what as I mentioned if you had basic reading comprehension it is not about when they are introduced right now, it is about when it is communicated they will be introducing more shares. Perception is reality.

Go back and listen to Trey and/or Matt and how they also though the communication impacted the buying / selling. Whether you think the price dropped only because of halts or not, it appears many others think the introduction of more shares (that was communicated poorly) had an impact. I being one of them.
