Since Gavin & Co, & (Hypur executives) have the lions share of the stock...

What would be the reasoning for not having the merger?

Sale of Hypur as a private company?

Wouldn't going public put an "auction" value on the company?

If myself and many others here have a chance at millions and millions of $$ if this pushes the 1 - 2B market cap, then wouldn't Gavin & Co. be considering this?

More than the private course of action?

List reasoning for the latter..
