Number 3 will only occur if the assets are no longer hidden. There are many factors here, but for me I have only been looking for is the catch-up. The factors, bk closed, LT done. Ownership change done. New debt collateral catch-up has to be applied first….coop was to move forward next steps have to be applied here……nothing may happen till EOY….we are not in control…
