In my opinion, ICRD ain’t going to any grey sheets.
It’s already locked into the R/M process.

It has another 18months.
R/Ms fall into the SEC exceptions.

It’s down around page 96 on the new rules.
These things are always written to be vague and double talk.
I’m not sure a stock needs to be granted custodial to gain the extra 18 months or be before a Custodial court?

I got an e-mail into Ben on this. He has enough lawyers sucking his knee caps to figure it out.

I’m getting out of all R/M plays that are high floats or not going anywhere..
Best be cautious.
