I, personally, don’t see how the FDIC is a blocking mechanism having anything to do with the culmination of the WMI bankruptcy. The FDIC unlawfully seized Washington Mutual Bank (WMB) which was never part of the WMI bankruptcy. WMB never filled for bankruptcy protection!
