They were given about 60 million shares for the $220,000.00 FCCN 'OLD' management negotiated with them. Mr. Peacock settled out of court with them! It is they who have been selling from the .06 area and have made a very nice profit. So much profit that IMHO has already covered the $1.5 million loan they just recently gave FCCN. They basically are working on free money now!
