Do we have the LOI to review the language in it? Do we have the dates and the outlined marriage proposal from the buyer. I havn't seen it and I think if we were able to get an idea what the stipulations and legal bindings may be this wouldn't be such a rocky trip to the big money!
It appears to me that Ashley could walk away whenever he wants if something goes awry and the language in the LOI doesn't bind him in some fashion! So I am optimistic that he won't walk away.
