The whole OTC is run by a handful of market makers who play a game. Drive the stocks down, accumulate and drive it up. All the penny stock CEO’S know this and try to time the cycles with their PR’S imo
I think the next UP cycle is coming in August into fall.
There are exceptions of course but this is how the majority of the OTC market looks. Most are in a downtown trend or sideways trading pattern.
The market makers especially in the OTC set the rules, they can drive it up and down, short and even naked short, the OTC investor is at their mercy
