And when did the Company ever mention any plan to uplist?...or any merger? I have always thought of a merger as away to consolidate investor debt in order to exit down the road. That is merely speculation. I would also point out...that an uplist is even broader speculation ... and merely a current theme by many that play OTC tickers spread across the entity lists.

So this is moot:

there's NO longer term plan for an uplist

I'm not discussing Hypur's plans down the road...if they wish to go public. How about first things first..eh?
