Recycled BS...Google "Vakser NASDAQ, OTCQX/ OTCQB" etc or those exchanges with his various ticker names/ symbols. He has pulled this stunt for YEARS on ALL his tickers and has NEVER delivered. Here's one example from 2015--

Dozens more such promises in OTC "News", paid PR's, Facebook and Twitter.

Good luck beating Eddie "Safe Harbor" Vakser to the "sell window."
