You are missing the point. Having this LAHO debacle end as it will IS remarkable and very satisfying. There is NEVER an instant getting more cash does not make matters better. Money makes the world go round.

That does NOT mean I can not view the other side of the coin before I go. Acknowledging that things COULD HAVE TURNED OUT BETTER does NOT negate the happy ending here for many.

I just do not want everyone to cheer that we have done the BEST we could have ended up with. This was a management decision that saved face but did not mean they did not take a lot more out of this deal than we are getting. They did not bend over backwards.

Remember that last trading day when many bought LAHO over .003? All of those retail traders LOSE on this deal. By getting cash, they will NEVER have the chance to see green when MSSV shares 'shoot to the moon'! Not every LAHO SH wins in this deal even though it ends in remarkable fashion.
