Funny! If distributed as originally designed I would have had millions of shares in MSSV/GSCG. Now with the 'cash' I will receive, I would not be able to buy 100000 shares of MSSV per current pps.

BUY is easy to say, cash to do so doesn't come that easy.

I have now missed out on a great opportunity that simply did not happen. I do feel at a loss even though I will get all my money back from when I bought into LAHO.

A cash buyout I never saw coming. For me, its disheartening. I am not here to break even. I lost here big time. All LAHO SHs did. Those that do not think so do not view things as I do.

Still, having thoughts of LAHO off my plate is a true relief.
