He will have a LONG way to go. Several "whales" hold 500,000 - 1,000,000 shares. This is important to remember when you consider how "trading thin" this stock is. The outstanding float is about 20 million shares. However a great deal of this is the hands of less than a dozen whales. They are holding and haven't sold; many accumulating near a penny a share before the last R/S. IF any had sold you would have known by the huge precipitous drop in the PPS. I am guessing that only around 10 million shares are in the hands of those willing to sell at this time. The implications (positive or negative in terms of volatility) on the PPS IF/(when?) KK makes good on his commitments are obvious.
He is genuinely unhappy and has sold along the way -- I don't think he is bashing to accumulate.
