The company doesn't update the SS the Transfer Agent does, so that doesn't really mean anything in this context. Like I said I think they've already submitted their OTCIQ application since Chris Lotito have been added on the profile page along with new address, phone and email address. I do think that it's reasonable question during this time, because if they or any other company on the OTC don't submit their OTCIQ application before June 30th you'll find them on a lower tier exchange by end of September.
