This terminates the NY litigation and means there will be no certiorari petition or appeal of Judge Walrath’s 6/11/21 decision.

I expect the details to appear on KCC later today or tomorrow.

From our perspective (by 'our' I mean people who believe $ is forthcoming through Mr. Cooper) this means if my source was correct we should see the fruits in a few weeks or months.

While I desperately wanted to recover the 1% lost (which should have been borne by Class 18 and Class 22), the Trust's filings indicate that no security within Class 19 will suffer more than 1%, which was my great fear this past year (i.e., holders of TPS are on the hook for the 1% as are Ps and Ks)
