They wanted the shares to pay taxes, who in their right mind would sell back shares at 32.x when the pps could double or triple. For the sell of 3.7 million shares instead of receiving 100+ million it would have been 300+ million or more. Yet kkr still has over 30+ million shares left at . O1.
