Are you telling me that the Shorts "Knew' about the Offering? That is Insider Trading...How were the Shorts 'aware' yesterday that there was an Offering in the works and that will be announced today morning and that they can crash the Stock under the 'cover' of that 'news'? The TRCH Mgmt should get prosecuted for aiding & abetting "Insider Trading" by being 'accomplices' to it, if they 'leaked' the "Offering Info' to the Shorts or the Hedge Funds involved.
