Investment, equity financing. This is a developmental company similar to biotech but from my experience, most OTC stocks would have a share structure in the billions just to finance 5 million in professional fees over a couple of years. They have actually done little damage in developing this software. Look at how long the majority of the notes have been eligible for conversion and haven't.

Why are almost 2 million, 80% of the notes not converting even though they have been eligible for 1-1/2 years and more? Even at a price of over .10, nothing.

Why is Jim Zimbler not selling any of his at least 72.5 million shares of common stock, even when this was over .10?

Why did Solid Bridge take ownership here and in One World Pharma.

Why did Sanguine Group, Robert Du Purton, invest almost a million dollars here and in One World Pharma. Why did he loan CNGT money without any written terms?

Why did the interim CEO of Availa Bioscience come here?

What is CNGT doing with their patent rights from Cannaworx?

Why was Novi bioscience established?

Why did they restructure the company as a holding company?

Why did they set up Global 3pl logistical Technologies?
