They have several subs and cleaned up their debt in the agreement/JV with Global Hemp Group. I was expecting news on their green energy projects. This is a happy surprise. I suspect it would be a preferred stock exchange and maybe even a spin off but that is just a guess. It also looks like they recently hired a new employee so hopefully they are making moves and anticipate revenue from the other lines of business.
