Lone Star Laundromat & Car Wash, is a newly formed Corporation located in Killeen, Texas. We buy Laundromats and Car Washes.

Our Business strategy is simple: Friendly aquisition of existing profitable businesses. We buy these locations with funds raised threw DPO or Direct Public Offering. There are 3,000,000 Shares availiable @ $10.00 a share.

We are buying locations in Florida and Texas currently, with the aim of going nationwide. We are Incorporated in the State of Texas under the Name, "Lone Star Laundromat & Car Wash" but when we buy locations out of the state of Texas, those Locations will fall under the Trade name "American Laundromat & Car Wash".

Currently I am accepting bids for shares. These shares pay a "Monthly Dividend" of 50% of net profit, for Life of shareholder. All shares are transferable to family and friends and the new shareholder will be enjoy these shares & Dividend for "Life".
