Nope - Dark pools are currently trading a few cents of difference from the NYSE. However, there is a wild speculation there is a 2nd set of 2nd book systems logging all hidden processing fees and shadow trading which would suggest $AMC "true" value would be much higher.

I’m curious. Why would they buy $5000 a share on the dark pool. And not a $55 a share on the market atm.
