You seem to be upset that someone was willing to spend 38.00 on some stock what's up with that? I'd hardly call it an uptick at this point its a matter of what someone is willing to part with their shares for what someone else is willing to pay when there is only a few sales a week there is really no such thing as an uptick or down tick.
