maybe this will give us a boost today ( I know Mach to be a GREAT stock picker and reputable - BUT, I doubt he has any info other than we have - so IMO he's going with the idea that IF the merger DOES go through - we'll all be RICH) !!

Our 2007 Stock Pick UniverCell Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UVCL) was inadvertently revealed on several prominent investor websites prior to an official announcement by DWB. On Sept. 14, 2006 UniverCell Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:UVCL.OB) and Pure Romance, Inc., a privately held company with its principal headquarters located in Loveland, Ohio, announced that they signed a letter of intent with respect to Pure Romance's proposed acquisition of UVCL in a reverse merger transaction. Pure Romance is expected to merge into UVCL, and the shareholders of Pure Romance will maintain controlling interest of the outstanding capital stock of UVCL after the merger. In 2006, Pure Romance achieved it's 11 straight year of earnings growth with record revenues of over $60 Million. UVCL anticipates it will "close the merger by the end of January 2007."
