I am pretty sure there have been many calls and/or written communications by "concerned parties" alerting the SEC that those 8-K forms filed back on April were fake and fraudulently. They way the SEC acted by suspending the stock for 10 days so quickly because of late financial reporting forms and "unusual activity" was really something unusual. Yet, those Forms 8-K filed back on April still on record by the SEC and shown as duly filed...
