Has anyone read the purchase agreement? If he received the cert. the agreement was done. 2nd NSAV's shares are not DTC eligible because they have never been, they have always traded by paper cert. Jake has to find an exception under rule 144 to have the legend remove just like anyone else that would have and has purchase shares from the company. This is also what has to happen with the divi shares to become free trading. This not fraud, this is the way it is.
