When daytrading flippers manipulate the stock, they send it up a little and then sell off driving down the stock and take all the money out of it.
If Jeff dilutes the stock, it still drives down the stock price, but keeps the money in the company to be used as "an investment" on payroll, materials and advertising.

The big difference is the company dilution keeping the money in house will one day have a return on investment.

The accusations do not fit the actions of this company. They prove they are using all capital for the company, they are current with their filings and have no lawsuits of criminal embezzlement or history of paying billion dollar "consultation fees" to themselves.
otherwise any business that spends investment money on the company are thieves? it is nonsense! Prove that the Executives of BBRW are putting the money into their own personal bank accounts, show me yachts and lambos! (OF BBRW! not Scott Sands, not a history on Ponzi or some other irrelevant conflation) show me the money! otherwise you're just lying.

YES! there are plenty of companies that base their worth on pitching an idea of a product or having no products but claim an infringement on some patent with a court case payout eminent. This is not those companies
