Several of my OTC issues were PREM'd and my broker's corporate actions peeps assure me I'll receive any distributions if/when there is final resolution where actions are pending. Meanwhile, my escrow commons cusips remain intact in my account. DTC is the "tell" IMO. Cash, share, both... I couldn't care less. Something is better than nothing. JMO. GLTA!
