... I'm assuming that by 'obvious' you mean that since they are 'planning the course for 2007', they are not 'dead'.

In what was posted for a short time yesterday was included:

"the most senior members of NeoMedia, Qode, and Gavitec are going thru a strategy session moderated by a 3rd party facilitator. This process is to bring together the two teams and to set up how NeoMedia is going to go forward over the next year."

A facilitator? 3rd party? Is this marriage counseling? Arbitration? Why do they need a facilitator?

And, "bring together the two teams"? NeoMedia, Qode and Gavitec? Bring together physically (in the strategy session) so they can plan the course face to face, or bring them together in the sense that there is a problem requiring a 3rd party to help them work the problem out?

To me, it's hard to say what's obvious, I can look at this through two different lenses and see two different things.
