I just called the accounting firm (Salberg and Company in FL), and they said, “ sorry, we cannot talk

to investors about anything to do with the company”, the answer I was expecting!

I asked them a general question at first: “how good are you at actually getting filings done on time for

various companies?”

He didn’t answer that question either ….

He told me talk to the company directly, to find out any further information.

I don’t see the point of talking to the company, or the CEO at this point, because as of now, he is

still clueless as to when filings will be out!! He is still praying to God that filings will drop!

Obviously, whoever is telling Alois that filings would be out this week, doesn’t really know themselves either!

Was hoping we may still see something after hours today.

I hope we see something next week … if people are telling Alois to expect filings this week, they can’t be

that far off …

But reaching out to the CEO at this point, to ask about filings, is useless!

If they want to remain a publicly traded company, I guess we’ll see filings sometime before the end of

September!!
