The fact that he has a building, employees, won't mean anything if he doesn't actually get the network up and running

I was referring to SEC issues not shareholders. The SEC will not investigate a company for having difficulty bringing a product to market as long as there is evidence there's an ongoing business...these references I made were to demonstrate an ongoing business as verified by others....
