in4it, no mentions of qode anywhere ...

... your DD in 'the space' is very thorough ... but it's making me ever more ill with respect to my investment in The Super Company with The Killer App which trades at 5 cents.

IMHO Neomedia is either in the middle of a huge multi-faceted mind-boggling program with large players and is about to spring onto the scene with much fanfare and amidst the cheers and celebrations of shareholders, or ...

... Neomedia has been left by the wayside to wither and rot due to mismanagement, litigious arrogance, faulty decision-making, poor and/or arrogant strategies regarding PP and TS, a mountain of outstanding shares and a back-breaking debt-load with a Vulture Capitalist.

Seems to me it's probably one or the other of those because:

Being in the middle of a huge deal/huge changes/partial and/or total buyout would entail a 'quiet period' (please excuse me while I retch).

Withering and rotting would entail being quiet (poor wretch, he died).

The remaining choice, the normal, happier choice, the 'middle-ground', would include news of a little deal here, news of a medium deal there, a mention of Neomedia in the realm of mobile advertising every week or so, and a bit of positive communication from the company to its shareholders to tell us what is going on. The middle ground is not made of ethereal dots tenuously being connected to Neomedia with wispy wishful lines, the middle ground consists of companies slugging it out in the trenches with active sales forces.

We don't seem to be in that middle ground, where every other player on which you are finding news of deals are becoming ever more firmly ensconced.
