Last week I called for a cert on another stock I own.
THey said the fee was 500$ for a cert,I said let me thunk about that, then within say 35-40 mins they called back and said we HAVE WAIVED 400$ so it will only be $100 I said OK, DO IT..........

Today I am watching my acct and all of a sudden $100 pops up on my cash balance, I went to the transaction page and it reads, REVERSED $100 fee charge for cert.
I was concerned they may have stopped getting my cert so I called and asked why.

First person I have no idea , do ya mind holding. In about 5 mins she came back on and said , my immediate supervisor said they have no idea as to why but will check into it and call back nest week.

I asked have you ever seen this, gal said the 400$ sometimes but never in the last 10 yrs or so have I seen the $100 dropped........

I wonder if IF IF I am showing up on a list within the company of folks that they might WANT TO TREAT REAL NICE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

NOBODY WAIVES $500 in fees for no reason now DODAY??????????????
