NO!!! I am right. Everyone knows what the deadline is for filing, Spso HASN'T FILED SINCE 11/2019!!!!

Heck could care less about the 6/30/2021 deadline. The last financial filing SPSO did was on 11/17/2019.


The date to be concerned about is 9/28/2021. This when new requirements take effect The new rules apply to “Pink No Information” OTC securities of companies that fail to publicly report and keep current financial and other company information and will restrict the ability of U.S. brokers from making these products generally available.
