Absolutely valid point but JMHO it will come. When? I have 0 clue. But at what price will the stock be with a continued dilution rate like this and what will the O/S be. Remember they sold 700m last month alone without saying a peep and looking at this for the last week probably another 150m to 175m. If the above par for the 30b is for real they will not sell those before an R/S. What's the point? What will they get for them. Under .01? With even that last batch of 700m shares dumped below .003ish this will be lucky to ever get back to .01.

Wouldn't make sense to r/s now when the O/S is only holding @ 2.137B with a 30B A/S. $GMEV
