One thing I did not realize is even if CBD/hemp/MJ legislation is approved on the federal level, there will be those retailers that will not carry those products. I had a conversation with a a Florida Publix manager. The manager told me Publix was purposely keeping out all products related to hemp/MJ/CBD.
That means they will continue this practice after approval on the federal level,
I believe if they took off the MJ leaf off the cans and just spelled it out "Hemp" beverage people will know the different.
