Q in ticker = bankruptcy proceedings?

so, how is it a clean shell.. i have a small amount in there,
but.. in my account it shows a symbol next to the ticker, that only shows up on dead stocks in my account?

basically, the symbol represents 'price reported may not reflect current value'.
