Let me tell U what these SOB's are doing--selling entire lots of finished homes hedge funds like Black Rock and getting a big markup. It is unfair to families and will get Congressional scrutiny at some point, imo.

In the meantime, BUY BUY BUY IF THE FED DOESN'T RAISE INTEREST RATES. That could kill the sector. JMO.
