I think $100B refund may not be the biggest decision. Voiding NWS because of unconstitutional FHFA has a massive consequence. Conservatorship to be voided? Senior shares too?

No. Plaintiff didn’t ask for that relief and the statute of limitations has passed if anyone tried to get it.

i.e. ROLG doesn't think Collins, or any other case, can result in the conservatorships or original SPSPAs being voided.
