When the excitement was high for PCTL it was all about hospitals, COVID, etc… and it was going to put us in to a state of prosperity! That didn’t happen and now our focus is OIL. When the main focus of success changes before it is achieved is a huge RED flag in my book. If the OIL focus doesn’t bring us to success and the focus changes again, let’s say agricultural ( Hemp) which is in there list of industries for success, I think it’s about time to jump ship and sell. Two Changes of focus, two Red Flags in my opinion.
