I agree as well. It’s my belief the 13D could be working with a BP buyout and lay it out as an option just before the meeting to get shareholders in their corner. I also believe there have been some offers passed upon by the current mgmt team and this new group will bring some of that to the surface. Unless they offer something with grit they have nothing. I have a substantial position and remain neutral.
