Explain to me how you know the 13d group wants the companies to merge? Are you part of the 13d? What’s your agenda?

There is no plan to merge the companies. CYDY already has a licensing agreement with Incelldx and Dr. BP was a former advisor. Additionally, myself and others have explained how the lack of cash on CYDY’s part, the lack of available shares and lower SP do not permit the purchase of Incelldx by CYDY.
