So I will think that without this disclosure , shareholders will not vote for them.

I certainly hope not.

Bruce Patterson has already publicly stated that he'd like to run multiple companies. It's clear the 13d group is aligning with him because of his cult-like popularity with Cytodyn shareholders. But I fear he's the Trojan horse. They install him then pull the rug from under shareholders by acquiring Incelldx.

Until this uncertainty is erased, we can expect further deterioration in the share price. Despite claims to the contrary, it is NOT the FDA letter or Nader that's putting downward pressure on the pps.

It's entirely the 13d group and their secrecy.
