RS is never priced in, at least in 95-99% of all cases.
Often it will crash first after split, whoever buying at the crashed prices might have a quick profit if it will be immediately pumped by a group. That is a big IF, as sometimes stocks go just straight back subpenny or even very quickly down in trips again.
The only reason for these trip zero stocks doing RS is to be able to unload more shares, either by themselves or those offering had convertible debt.
Just watch OS grow rapidly again in the upcoming period. That's never good for stuckholders.
And yes this has already been a proven scam over and over again. Just need to check history and all fake stories about company direction changes, but never actually did anything but selling shares. They even never tried to run a business. They are just clever enough to stay current, otherwise it would be suspended very quickly.
