When has CYDY not been at a crucial time in the last few years? NP goes from crucial time (carrot) to crucial time (carrot) only to create another carrot for investors to follow (China to Mexico to U.S. to U.K. To Canada to PI and now Brazil and India). This has being the longest “golden quarter” and biotech has ever had without the quarter actually becoming golden.

The PPS has not been effected by the 13d. The FDA letter dropped the PPS from $3 to below $2 before the 13d 8k was released and the PPS has hovered in the $2 range ever since.
