When IRNC runs, it will sure have much greater returns than something which comparatively is overpriced already (a shell is worth 300k at best).

IRNC float and price vs high/low = more room for virtually exponential growth.

Nothing is set in stone, if shares were 'cancelled' they'd have been done so on March 1st.
