Explain; why didn't Nader P. use his own funds in a proxy battle?? I am very curious.


My take is that this a fight for control of CYDY. Why would Nader fund CYDY response with his own funds. Nader might be CEO but business law indicates the Board of Directors controls CYDY.

The question remains; what exactly do Paul and Company' the other side of the proxy battle, have in mind? What is their plan?

The last thing I want is a reverse split. I support the CYDY side because that is what a conventional Ivy League type new CEO will do first. Reverse Split the CYDY common. That will kill the share value. 50% to 75% decline. That anyone can take to the bank.

I have never seen a reverse not deliver at least a 25% decline.

Many shareholders have a lot to complain about with Nader. Is it possible that Nader has learned a lesson as demonstrated by no PR about the Brazil FDA Trial?? Is it? The World Wonders.
