I’d love to know how the O/S is broken up. Is the retail float some 49% or less of the O/S? How is the control of BDCM set up? I’ve never read any issues P-shares. Or unconverted debt notes.
I read the last financial report way back there and found this nugget in the supplemental report of 9/20/11 thst I just sat on since most of these disclosure statement are over my pay grade. But damn! 10% ??? Pinch me. No way in hell, but what do I know?
